Trouser Bottom Hemming Unit by VI BE MAC

After years of research Vibemac is proud to present its latest creation which has been entirely designed and manufactured in its own factory. The new 3022 BHE unit is accurate, productive, and fully embodies the flexibility that has become the hallmark of all Vibemac products, thus presenting a solution to the market’s trouser hemline problems.


The Vibemac 3022 BHE unit is equipped with the following features:
  • this unique unit makes it possible to change from light to heavy fabrics without any alteration to mechanical components or electronic adjustments
  • easy to switch between lockstitch and chain stitch
  • a thread-cutting system handled by the XCGMFT2005 panel
  • a lower roller feeder with an extremely powerful patented upper puller that easily handles the more delicate operations like crossovers or lap felling, especially with heavy fabrics
  • special innovative hemming device that can sew the hem both on the front and on the reverse sides
  • equipped with a standard guide, the width of the hem ranges from 8 mm to 30 mm, up to a maximum of 42 mm
  • pneumatic system for the toggle-joint opening of the guide which can be set in two different modes: manual or automatic by the operator, with the foot lifting at the same time
  • pneumatic foot lift
  • lubrication system
  • king-size rotating hook, to reduce the number of spool changes during the work shift and therefore increase the production
  • electrical spool winding independent of stitching organs
  • extra small cylinder for kid and women sizes
  • quick change of stitch length (less then one minute)
 The type of motor installed is the Mitsubishi XLG 55420Y complete with XCGMFT2005 control panel program that controls the quantity of thread in the bobbin and the XCE5000 console (optional).
