CLASSIC: Covers all Regular OE/OE fabrics.

HIGH FASHION: As name is self explanatory. Here we have all combinations of Rings and OEs etc. Like Ring/OE, Ring/Ring, OE/Ring, Various Slubs, Cross Hatches, Textured Weaves, Special Finishes and so on.

STRETCH: All kinds of Stretch Denims. Regular OE Stretch, Ring Stretch, Cross Hatch Stretch, Poly Stretch, etc.

SHADES: X-PERTEX offers mainly 4 Shades, namely: Indigo Blue, Super Blue, Extra Super Blue and Black. Regular Width is 63 inches (160 cm) for all fabrics other than Stretch. However, wider width up to 68 inches (172 cm) can also be offered against custom orders.

X-PERTEX DENIM MILLS (XDM) is strategically located in Pakistan’s only port city Karachi. In one of its most renowned industrial estates SITE (Sind Industrial Trading Estate), which is just minutes away from the city’s only international air port, Qaid-e-Azam International Airport, and the sea port.

TYPE OF UNIT:

X-PERTEX is an ISO-9001:2000 and OEKO TEX certified self-financed partnership, which utilizes the vast denim manufacturing experience of its partners who are not only DENIM X-PERTS but also the PIONEERS OF DENIM PRODUCTION IN PAKISTAN. Cotton is a very important raw-material for the denim production process and can be found in abundance in Pakistan. The creation of denim occurs in a fully integrated series of steps from yarn till the finished denim fabric. All processes are done in-house under the supervision of highly trained staff who also ensure that all standards of ISO are implemented during each stage of production.

PRODUCTION:

X-PERTEX emphasizes mostly on high fashion and stretch denim fabrics to stay ahead in the highly competitive denim fashion market. However, regular denims are also part of production. Current production capacity is approximately 1.2 Million meters/month.
