The term Jofa is an alias for ‘Jewelry of Asim’ and was coined to reflect his detailed and meticulous jewelry designs, the same that inspires Jofa Premium Lawn signature motifs and patterns.

Yurkievich in Paris Fashion Week

Gaspard Yurkievich is a Fashion Designer, born in Paris France in 1972. He earned recognition during conference at Ecole Ecole Nationale Superieure Des Beaux Arts de Lyon. After studying at the studio Bercot and winning the Hyeres Festival in 1997 he launched his first colletion of ready to wear in 1998. Gaspard Yurkievich brand he created. He also worked with De Beers, Jaguar, Toyota, Van Cleef & arpels, Loreal, MAC Cosmetics, Evian, Eram, and Galeries Lafeyette etc .

Karl Lagerfeld really showing his efforts to minimize the gap between the luxurious and affordable fashion. That is why he is getting more and more popular specially for his unique dress designing for menswear.  But as fun as it is to watch the Kaiser run around playing supermodel’s best friend and head-diva at Fendi, it’d be cool with us if he scaled back on his side gigs. Not because we’re concerned for his health or anything, but because his work ethic puts us to shame. WWD reports that Lagerfeld recently shot a catalog for French mail-order giant 3 Suisses (which we’ve never heard of) featuring high-fashion model Iris Strubegger. For garments that cost between $18 and $121, the clothes — and the pictures — look almost as rich as one of Lagerfeld’s runway collections. Alas, the hand that guides Chanel didn’t actually touch any of the clothes. But he did tell WWD that he wants to start taking more forays into the mass market.

Elie Saab is the most prominent name among fashion designers, fashion blog, fashion photos, around the world. Elie Saab was born in Beirut on 4^th July 1964 to a wood merchant and a housewife. He was the eldest of a five member family. Saab’s interest in dressmaking started at the young age of 9. He spent much of his free time cutting patterns and drawing sketches of his sisters using his mother’s tablecloths and curtains. The telent of this young boy spread rapidly through the neighborhood allowing him to create a small network of loyal clients. He pursued studies in this field but quickly became bored, being already a master in the art the dressmaking and it know how. In 1982, at the age of 18, Elie Saab opened his couture atelier in Beirut with 15 employees back.
