Denim International specialized in the production of denim fabric. Our aim is to produce the finest quality of real indigo denim, and its variants, to suit the needs of discerning customers worldwide.
With a current production capacity of 10 million meters per annum, we can supply any variant of denim; basic, premium and high quality oe/oe, ring/oe, ring/ring in 100% cotton as well as polyester and streach denim.
The Denim International plant is located at a prime site in the Korangi Industrial Area, one of the major industrial localities in Karachi , Pakistan
We have selected the most modern technologies and equipped it with high speed warping with electronic yarn sensors and tensioners to ensure superior quality. We have also chosen the latest technology in combined dyeing and sizing to achieve the best indigo dyeing. Our weaving section comprises sixty-six (66) TSUDAKOMA AIR-JET looms for weaving the best quality denim fabric.
Quality Control
We ensure even and perfect dyeing of shade per dye lot and excellent after-wash finish. A highly skilled and experienced workforce complements the advanced equipment employed, resulting in a product of consistently high quality.
We generate our own power. This means that there are no disruptions in production schedules, and no variance in quality, particularly in dyeing, due to external power outages.
